V i n i f i c a t i o n  12hours in cold room in order to preserve the freshness of thebunches , 20 days fermentation at 26 °C with 2 pumping over per day. End of fermentation at 30° C for 15 days

A g e i n g  6 months in oak barrel of 20HL, 6 months in vat.

T a s t i n g  Strong color with shades of tiles-red. Complex noise with flinty notes, red fruits. Mouth : Red fruits and violet flavors. Supple tanins end smoothy end.
